Refund & Cancellation

Overview. The Confluence 2.6 EA is a digital software product (an MT5 Expert Advisor) delivered instantly as a downloadable file and a license key. The terms below explain when charges can be stopped or reversed.

Monthly subscription. The Monthly plan includes a 7-day free trial, available once per customer. No charge is taken during the trial; cancel anytime in your dashboard before it ends and you pay nothing. After billing begins you may cancel at any time to stop all future charges; the current paid period is not pro-rated, and access continues until the period ends.

One-time license. Because the product is delivered instantly as a digital download and license key, one-time license fees are non-refundable once the license key has been issued, except where required by law or under the technical exception below.

Technical exception. If the software cannot be activated or run, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 days of your purchase, we will issue a full refund of that purchase.

How to request. Email support@marketscore.io from the address on your account, with your order details. We respond to refund and cancellation requests within 3 business days.

Chargebacks. Where a payment is reversed by the card network or bank (chargeback or dispute), the associated license is revoked.
