Terms

Product. The Confluence 2.6 EA is a MarketScore software product (an MT5 Expert Advisor). It is not investment advice and no advisory service is provided. Trading gold on leverage carries a substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not a promise of future results.

Free trial. The Monthly plan includes a 7-day free trial, available once per customer. No charge is taken during the trial; your card is charged the monthly fee automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before then in your dashboard. Cancelling during the trial stops all charges. The trial applies only to the Monthly base plan; one-time purchases and add-on keys are not eligible.

Refunds & cancellation. The Monthly plan includes a free trial and can be cancelled anytime in your dashboard to stop future charges. One-time license fees are non-refundable once the license key is issued, except where required by law or under our technical exception. Full details are on our Refund & Cancellation page. Where a payment is reversed by the card network or bank (chargeback or dispute), the associated license is revoked.

Licensing. Each license key grants the right to run the EA on one MT5 account. Additional accounts require additional keys (add-ons), available from your dashboard. Monthly keys stay valid while their subscription is active; one-time keys cover the 2.x version line and do not expire. A key can be moved across up to 3 accounts total over its life. Sharing keys beyond this allowance is not permitted and may result in revocation.

Telemetry. To enforce licensing and provide your usage dashboard, the EA reports activation, heartbeat and closed-trade data (account number, broker, EA version, a balance band, and per-trade details) to algo.marketscore.io. See our Privacy page.
